Alt Universe Harry Potter

In this Harry Potter universe Petunia doesn't hate Lilly Potter because she's magic.  Instead, she is insanely jealous of her.  After Lilly's death, when Petunia gets custody of Harry, she begins plotting ways to switch chubby Dudley Dursley with the famous Harry Potter.  Also in this universe, magicality is a little harder to detect, so proving Dudley isn't Harry is a little more problematic.  He may get through two or three years of school before anyone is the wiser.
